Mongolia is an amazing country tucked away in East Asia being the one of the best for the tourists all over the world. It's known for its wide-open plains, the cool traditions of its nomadic people, and its connection to the legendary Genghis Khan. Even though not many people live but many people tend traveling there, Mongolia has some of the most beautiful untouched nature you can imagine: deserts, mountains, and grassy plains.  Ulaanbaatar, the capital city, is a mix of modern life and old customs.

* The Gobi Desert: A huge, dry area with sand dunes, special animals, and lots of fossils.

* Karakorum: The ancient capital of the Mongol Empire, where you can see the Erdene Zuu Monastery.

* Lake Khövsgöl: One of the biggest freshwater lakes in the world, located in the north.

* Terelj National Park: Famous for its incredible rock formations and fun outdoor activities.

And don't forget the Genghis Khan Statue Complex to get the tour for, which has the largest statue of a person on horseback anywhere! If you like adventure and beautiful scenery, Mongolia is definitely worth visiting. You can experience traditional life in yurts (called "gers" here), explore ancient ruins, and hike through stunning landscapes.
