In the first moments of gaining independence, there was a decline in living standards, unemployment and a crisis in political, economic and social life. However, there were benefits as in 1992 Kyrgyzstan became a member of the UN, in 1993 it adopted its Constitution. The country was still shaken in the course of two large-scale revolutions in 2005 and 2010 due to popular discontent with the presidency.
