We would like to offer bike tour that you will like without doubt. It includes the most famous mountain roads of the republic. In order to see pristine nature and unforgettable views you will cycle along the gorges and mountain rivers.
Day 1: Arrival in Bishkek
You will be collected by your guide from the International Airport of Manas and accompanied to Bishkek (the capital of Kyrgyzstan). The drive to Bishkek will take half an hour. Upon arrival in Bishkek City you will start the day with a nice breakfast. You will have a rest after accommodation in the hotel***, which is located in the calm part of the city. Today an excursion to Natural Park Ala - Archa will be organized for you. The Natural Park of Ala - Archa is situated on the Kyrgyz Ridge (a spur of Tien-Shan), 45 km. south Bishkek, in the Gorge of Ala - Archa. To have a nice view of this famous Gorge you will go on the top of the mountain. Transfer to Bishkek. Dinner will be served at 7 p.m. Overnight stay is in the hotel***.
Day 2: Bishkek - Naryn Town
We will be transferred to Kichi-Naryn Village (2351m. alt.) after breakfast and you will cycle down to the confluence of Naryn and Kichi-Naryn Rivers. You will ride to the town of Naryn (2050 m. a. s. l.) along Naryn River. The road to Naryn will surprise you with its beauty and amazing mountains. The whole way will be along incredible gorges and you will have many stops for taking photos. This day is easy one. Lunch will be on the road. Naryn town is situated very close to the mountains, at the altitude of 2800 meters a. s. l. Naryn was built right along the gorge near the longest river in Kyrgyzstan - Naryn; it is long and narrow town. You spend this night in yurts, as nomads do. Yurts are nomadic collapsible habitations that are made out of wood without using a single nail and covered with felt.
Day 3: Transfer or Ride Naryn - Tash Rabat (Stone Castle from the 14th century) caravanserai (130 km)
This day you can ride or drive, as you want, from Naryn to the Great Silk Way Tash Rabat Caravanserai. Tash Rabat is located at a height 3200 m above sea level, in the very heart of Tian Shan Mountains. This building has no analogue in the world, for the reason that it was made of layered rock and beside that it was partly built inside the mountain. The walls width is about one meter. For medieval thieves there are also dungeons. Totally there are 31 rooms. Nearby Tash Rabat Caravanserai in yurts you will spend the night. Yurts are nomadic collapsible abodes that are made out of wood without using a single nail and felt.
Day 4: Ride (86 km) Tash Rabat - Moldo village
After packing your backpacks, in the morning, you will cycle from Tash Rabat to the Village of Moldo. This way was used by ancient traders at the time of Great Silk Road. It is a nice chance to feel that you ride along the same route. Thousand of traders with their goods were passing there from China on horses and camels. This is temperate complexity ride along the Naryn Valley by the asphalt road. Night is in the tent camp at the altitude of 1670meters above sea level.
Day 5: Moldo village - Son Kul Lake
This day you can ride or be transferred, according to your wish, (60 km) from Moldo village over the Kurtka Pass (3243m. alt.) to the 2nd biggest lake in Kyrgyz Republic - Son Kul. Son Kul Lake is the highest alpine lake in Kyrgyzstan that situated at the altitude of 3016 meters above sea level. It is surrounded by the mountains. Shepherds of the Naryn region come to the lake to use it as grassland. The Kyrgyz nomads with their families started to come to this wonderful area for rest and relaxation. The first part of cycling to the gorge entrance is with a slight descent and easy. We will enter a narrow gorge with high sharp rock walls; in some places up to 200 m. through a narrow spot. Here a steep ascent to the pass begins. The descent is easier and shorter. You will be free to walk around and enjoy the virgin nature of the lake and its environs after our arrival. Dinner. Overnight stay (3016 m. alt.) is in the collapsible nomadic dwellings - yurts.
Day 6: Son Kul Lake
This day you will have enough free time in the Kyrgyz paradise, at Son Kul Lake. You will have an excellent opportunity to explore Kyrgyz nature and lifestyle on your own. It is a great opportunity to familiarize with nomadic culture and traditions. Optionally, you can ride on a horse along the lake or just relax in the atmosphere of the wild, but calm nature. We will walk among the Tian - Shan Mountains where every nomad invites you to his yurt to try national staple drink made of mare's milk - kymis. You will spend this night in tent camp.
Day 7: Ride Son Kul lake - Kyzyl Korgon canyon (80km)
We will ride after the breakfast in the holy stones with ancient stone inscriptions (dating back to 800 B.C.) direction. After visiting the site of petroglyphs we leave Son Kul Lake and ride through Kara Keche pass (3381m) to the Djumgal Valley. Upon arrival we will have a walk in the region of red canyons, high mountains, rocks and snow peaks. Overnight stay is in tents.
Day 8: Ride Kyzyl Korgon - Bishkek city
We will drive to Bishkek City in the morning. You will be carried away by the remarkable sceneries offered through views of wild natural world. You will have free time in the city to go shopping and to walk. You will have a dinner in a restaurant in the evening. You will spend this night in the hotel***.
Day 9: Bishkek
This morning you will have a guided city tour. This tour includes the visiting of the Ala-Too Central Square, Art Gallery, Duboviy Park (Oak Park), Pobeda Square (Victory Square), the Museum of the Kyrgyz History, National Concert Hall and many other interesting sights. Afterwards we will visit famous oriental Osh bazaar. You will walk there and bargain for different goods. Then we will. At 7 o'clock in the evening a farewell dinner will be served. Overnight stay is in the hotel***.
Day 10: Transfer to the airport
At the time arranged previously according to the details of your flight your guide will meet you in the hotel and accompany you to the Airport of Manas.
