Kyrgyz Republic is a perfect place for trekking through unforgettable gorges and over incredible mountains. On the way there is the 2nd largest mountain lake in the world Issyk - Kul. Far away from the hectic of busy and stuffy cities you will experience the nomadic style of life. You will just like the way this tour is organized. You won't absolutely find such a splendid and gorgeous place somewhere else.
Day 1: Bishkek - Chon Kemin valley
You will be met at Manas International Airport and accompanied to Bishkek City - the capital of this wonderful country, where you will start the day with a breakfast. The total day is dedicated to a guided Bishkek City Tour, including lunch. This splendid City tour includes the visiting of the central Ala-Too Square, Duboviy Park (Oak Park) and Erkindik Avenue with its shadow alleyways, Pobeda Square (Victory Square), the History Museum of Kyrgyzstan, Manas Monument and National philharmonic, Oriental Bazaar, Art Gallery and many others places of interest. At 5 p.m., you will be transferred to the Chon Kemin valley, where you also will spend the night. Dinner.
Day 2: Chon Kemin valley - Tamga
After breakfast we will have time for a photo session to capture all the beauty and charms of Chon Kemin Valley. Once everything is ready for our departure, we will go to the Tamga village, Issik-kul Lake, the second largest mountain lake in the world and the biggest lake in Kyrgyzstan. On the way visiting Talgat, a hunter with golden eagles. He will tell us about his birds. After it we can take some photos of the eagles. Once we arrive in Tamga, a resort town on the shore of the lake, we walk in sacred Manjili Ata springs, where you can ask the holy spirits for wellbeing and longevity. After arrival in Tamga Village(1600m). 30 min. is for leisure time on the beach. Accommodation is in Askar guesthouse.
Day 3: Tamga - Barskoon Pass (3754 m) - Jashil Kol Lake - Arabel Suu valley (5 hours)
After a hearty breakfast we will drive to Barskoon gorge. We are going to one of the most picturesque valleys in the mountainous Terskey Ala - Too, there is the highest waterfall in Kyrgyzstan. Here, we start our trekking. We have climb to Dunguromo pass (3100 m) passing through which we find ourselves in a magnificient valley Dunguromo. A few kilometers down from the pass, we stop for the camping. Dinner will give us the opportunity to share with impressions of the first day. Night is in tents at the altitude 3820 m.
Day 4: Arabel Suu valey - Chakalu Kol Lake (7 hours)
Today we get up early around 7 o'clock. We have a straight up ascent to the Chokolu Lake (3800) m through Zauka Pass. The landscape is relatively flat, from vegetation prevails fine grass and moss, the climate is close to the tundra climate. Coming closer to the lake we break our tent camp. Overnight is in tents.
Day 5: Chokolu Lake - Zauka Pass (3720 m) - Dzhukuu gorge (7 h)
Will have to prepare all our equipment and belongings to immerse them all on the horse and we will go further after breakfast. We have to return back to the Pass of Zauka. After passing it we will reach the Valley of Dzhukuu. Then, about 20 km, we go down the gorge and reach Ashu Kashka Suu Gorge foot. There, for the night, we set up camp. En route we meet with the Kyrgyz nomads who live here in summer time. You will be pleasantly stunned with hospitality of the Kyrgyz nomads. There, if you want you can try Kyrgyz beer (fermented mare's milk) and we will try Kyrgyz cheese. Dinner. Overnight stay is at the altitude of 2770 m., in the tent camp.
Day 6: Djukuu gorge - Ashu Kashka Suu gorge (7 hours)
Akin to yesterday we will rise up early morning and will begin to put ourselves in order. After hearty meal we will go further looking for new impressions and feelings. We will go along slopes are covered with juniper and fir-tree forest. Juniper tree is a very exclusive tree for several reasons: it has particular root system that helps to survive in extreme conditions; these trees could reach 20 m in a high having twisted trunks, which is protection against wind; for the period of arid seasons it can drop own leaves for economizing moisture and water on the ground around the tree. Afternoon we will stop at the foot of Ashu Tor Pass we will set up our tent camp at the altitude of 2970 m. Dinner and overnight in tents.
Day 7: Ashu Kashka Suu gorge - Ashu Tor Pass (3638 m) - Jukuchak gorge (7 hours)
We will have to prepare all of our gear early in the morning. Then we will hike up Ashu Kashka Suu Gorge. We make a short halt for lunch having reached the foot of the pass. Afterwards we will have to climb to (3490 m.) Ashu Tor Pass. We get into Dzhukuchak Gorge after the pass. Here we are given an opportunity to take a bath in the hot mineral waters. Our guide will offer you a local beer after good bath. It is real Kyrgyz beer. Overnight stay is at an altitude of 2500 m. in the tent camp. Dinner.
Day 8: Dzhukuchak gorge - Orto-Bulak Pass (2900 m) - Kichi-Kyzyl-Suu gorge (7 hours)
Early in the morning after we all give ourselves in order, we will go towards the Kichi - Kyzyl Suu Valley. First we get the territory of Issyk-Kul forestry located in the Dzhukuchak gorge. Further we have to climb to the pass Ortho - Bulak (2900 m). Then we approach the Kichi Kyzyl Suu gorge where we break our camp for the night. Dinner, sharing impressions, the night in tents at the altitude of 2450 m.
Day 9: Kichi-Kyzyl-Suu gorge - Chon-Kyzyl-Suu gorge - Jili-Suu water warm springs
We begin our trekking towards the picturesque Valley of ChonKyzyl Suu after a good breakfast. First we have to go down through the territory of forestry to Kichi Kyzyl Suu Gorge. Followed by that, we will go along Djily Suu Mountains. And finally we approach the Gorge of Chon Kyzyl Suu, where we enter Ak Tash area. The region is famous for its beauty. Nomads and magnificent mountains make you feel like you are on the top of the world! Then we go up to the warm mineral springs for about three miles. We will be able again to take a warm bath and to relax. Overnight stay is at the altitude of 2150 m. in the tent camp.
Day 10: Chon-Kyzyl-Suu gorge - Ak Sai Pass (2805 m) - Jeti Oguz gorge (7 hours)
This is the last day of our trekking. As usual we get up early, pack up our staff, have a breakfast and go towards the Jeti - Oguz gorge (one of the most popular places to visit among the guests who visited our country). Foremost, we go down to the place of Ak - Tash, where we cross the river Kyzyl Suu (Red River), and there we begin the ascent to the radial pass Kok - Dzhayyk. The road will pass through a petite pine forest, which will impress you with its silence. It seems as if the whole world looks at you. After the forest we will look at the Jeti Oguz gorge which definitely will impress you. After a couple of kilometers we reach the yurt camp Kok Dzhayyk where we stay for the night. Dinner and overnight is in yurts at the height above sea level of 2300 m.
Day 11: Jeti Oguz gorge - Karakol town Cholpon Ata - Bishkek city
Our journey will continue in the capital of Issik Kul region direction as soon as we finish with breakfast. Today, in order to understand the Kyrgyz life of the 19th century we will visit the Holy Trinity Cathedral and the wooden mosque constructed in the Chinese Style. We will visit also Prjevalsky Memorial Complex, dedicated to the Great Russian explorer of Central Asia. In Karakol town we will have a lunch. After finishing with lunch we head to Bishkek City. Upon arrival in Bishkek you will be accommodated in the hotel of Asia Mountains.
Day 12: Bishkek
Today you will have a free day to go for a walk in Bishkek city and to buy souvenirs to your family and acquaintances. Also it is possible for an additional price to drive to Ala Archa Park that is located 45 km away from the capital, and to walk there. It is a favorite place for citizens to have a weekend. In the evening is a farewell dinner and walking on the Bishkek central Ala Too square at the evening to watch our new musical fountains with colorful lights!
Day 13: Bishkek
At the time prearranged according to the details of your flight you will be met by your guide in the hotel and accompanied to the International Airport of Manas.
